At Clarion we love food and drink. We love to consume it, talk about it, post on social media about it, PR it.
As we approach what we’re calling the Summer of Food, we couldn’t resist sharing some of our musings, predictions and excitement about what we think will be big as the weather warms up (we hope!) this year.
A lot is grounded in insight – some from other people, some
we’ve commissioned ourselves – whilst some is based on gut feeling (or perhaps
our stomachs were just rumbling?).
Either way, we wanted to get the conversation started, because there’s so little time, so much to eat and drink…
