Clarion Partners With Self Space For Mindfulness Month

It’s February, which at Clarion means it’s Mindfulness Month. 


For the third February running we’ve dedicated the month to helping our team with mindful practices to help equip them for the busy year we’re already having. After all, we know agency life can at times be stressful. 


To ensure mental wellbeing is high on our agenda and set the team up with good habits, not just this month but beyond, we’ve partnered with mental health service, Self Space.


They are hosting a wellbeing workshop and arm our staff with the tools they need to understand and avoid burnout and decompress from busy, stressful situations by making room for rest and recovery.


The workshop adds to a whole series of mindful activities we’ve run throughout the month, from ‘men-tea meetings’ aligned with Time to Talk Day, to free Pilates sessions, and LGBTQ+ movie Night. 


Plus, we’ve given every team member an hour back every week to do something for themselves, whether it’s going on a walk with a friend and her dog like Junior Account Executive, Izzy, heading to a gym class like Senior Account Executive Sasha or even taking the kids to Harry Potter world like Senior Account Director Jen (see some of the pics of what team have been up to above).
