Hovis Bakes Up Trade Buzz with New Sub Roll Launch

Our clever team headed to the William Reed offices last month with iconic bread brand Hovis to host an exclusive media briefing with leading trade publications The Grocer, British Baker and Convenience Store.
The event centred around the launch of Hovis's new Sub Rolls and provided a platform for the brand to unveil its exciting plans for 2025. The team also discussed further NPD as well as the exciting launch of the new Masterbrand campaign.
Attendees were treated to a tasting experience, with a range of Hovis products available throughout the day. A selection of delicious Hovis sandwiches were also created for the wider William Reed editorial team, allowing them to experience the quality and versatility of the brand firsthand.
The media blitz has already yielded positive results, with coverage appearing in Grocery Trader, British Baker, and Kam City. Notably, The Grocer and Scottish Grocer have already published articles following the event, highlighting the new Hovis Sub Rolls and the brand's commitment to innovation.
