Clarion Launches ‘Dinner Sandwich’ Research With Hovis

To drive awareness of Hovis Soft White loaves, Clarion conducted research into the identified Dinner Sandwich trend - the latest food craze to sweep the nation!


The research revealed that Brits are now becoming more creative when it comes to the humble sandwich with fish fingers, meatballs and a sausage, bacon and egg combo revealed as some of the nation's favourite fillings.


To launch the research, we partnered with Celebrity MasterChef winner, Wynne Evans, after he wowed judges on the show by creating his own Christmas dinner sandwich. Working with the team, he devised a tasty recipe including seared salmon, avocado and a red cabbage coleslaw sandwiched in Hovis Soft White bread. 

 

The campaign has already secured a plethora of coverage across nationals including The Sun, Daily Mirror, Metro and Daily Express as well as generating conversation across broadcast including BBC and commercial stations, with more still to come.
