Women in DIY – Breaking Barriers with Wickes
The stereotype of women being unable to undertake DIY seems to be over!
Following working on a Women in DIY report headed up by design historian Deborah Sugg Ryan, the Wickes team joined forces with brand ambassador Kimberley Walsh to reimagine Do It Yourself magazine from 1972, except in a new, modern way!
The campaign secured 37 pieces of incredible coverage for its Women In DIY campaign, including 10 nationals (incl Daily Star, Mirror, The Sun) and 22 broadcast hits.
