We mined Cigna’s research for the juiciest insights, the stuff that makes headlines and gets people talking. A shocking 88% of global employees are experiencing burnout, with 85% believing employers should support their mental health and wellbeing.
Then, we brought those insights to life by teaming up with TV star and mental health advocate Anna Williamson, and former global VP (think big leagues!) Geoff McDonald.
