Clarion awarded the retained PR account for International Wine & Spirits Competition

The International Wine & Spirits Competition (IWSC) has appointed us as its retained PR agency following a competitive pitch. We will be responsible for PR and influencer communications for the awarding body.
Rebecca Fraser, Brand Development Manager at IWSC says: “We selected Clarion because their pitch exceeded our expectations when it came to demonstrating a clear understanding of our objectives and compelling ways to achieve them. We have ambitious goals to raise our profile over the next year (and beyond) and feel like Clarion’s experience and contacts will be greatly beneficial for this. We also know from working with them on a previous campaign that the team are able to deliver results with the utmost creativity and professionalism.”
Head of BWS at Clarion, Managing Partner, Clare Sutton says: “Working with a brand with such rich heritage as the IWSC is a real honour. Our dedicated awards team has done a lot of research into the value of awards over the years, and we know how important they are when it comes to reassuring on the quality of wines and spirits.
“The IWSC has put a lot of time and effort into ensuring its processes are incredibly robust and we’re excited to help grow consumer awareness of this – and demonstrate why IWSC is the gold standard of awards.”
