To demonstrate the opportunity around the humble croissant, we commissioned new research to further showcase how the foodservice sector could optimise pastry sales.

We created a new comms platform, ‘The Croissant Revolution’ and using new research data, we compiled a comprehensive report to inspire those working in hospitality.

Michel Roux Jnr co-hosted a media breakfast briefing at The Langham to launch Bridor’s Croissant Revolution guide. Containing engaging and useful content, the guide generated significant stand-out editorial coverage. Supporting insight-led advertorials and thought leadership articles, as well as digital and print advertising was secured to ensure the guide – and NPD – was unmissable.
