To demonstrate the opportunity around the humble croissant, we commissioned new research to further showcase how the foodservice sector could optimise pastry sales.
We created a new comms platform, ‘The Croissant Revolution’ and using new research data, we compiled a comprehensive report to inspire those working in hospitality.
